Take time off and get real

Join a group of men who hang out, share experiences and support each other in a deeply meaningful way that creates overall betterment in life

It’s not easy to speak about the real challenges of life

Challenges are sexy and fun to brag about when in the form of a massive project at work or an explosive CrossFit workout.
Yet, we get quiet when it comes to real-life difficulties.

As a man, you probably try to hold it all together. Hustling to find the answers to all problems. You feel responsible for the people close to you – It’s basically in your job description to take care of stuff.
And the pressure to be fucking superman is ongoing.

The sad thing is that with all this going on, you still put your smiling face on and automatically answer “all good” when people ask how you’re doing.

When the truth is you are dealing with a lot of shit inside.
Nobody knows it because you keep to yourself.

Brother, I hate to break it to you, but this is not “manning up” – it’s just bad management.

Even when many people surround you, family, friends, and colleagues, and you are always busy, there can be a feeling of loneliness. The group makes me feel that I am not alone in this world in terms of the challenges and struggles I go through.

WE'VE GOT YOUR BACK

How does it work

A typical men’s group is about 5-10 guys, usually between the ages of 25-50, that meets once every two weeks. Each group has a facilitator.

The meetings take 90 min and are held in-person (TLV) or via Zoom.

During the meetings, each man does a check-in where he shares how he has been doing. When everyone is done sharing, we continue to address different topics that the group feels like discussing.

There are 2 types of groups: open ones which are ongoing and are usually open to new members, and closed groups where a process takes place with a selected few for 8-10 meetings (closed groups are pay upfront).

What will you get

SPEAK ABOUT MEN'S GROUP

” The ability to talk to other people openly about life, to reduce the feeling of loneliness of dealing with all the shit, to feel like belonging to a group of guys – this is something that I haven’t experienced since the army “

D.S

” I’m addicted to this group, it’s a place with amazing energies that everyone brings with them. You can be silent and simply feel that you resonate with every word someone says and feel a partner in the experiences of others “

A.O

” I am always impressed by the honesty of the group! It’s amazing to hear people who have the courage to open up like this, and it tickles you to do the same. And bottom line, sharing equals mental health “
