No one knows what’s going on in your head. No one can confirm that you are on the right path. It’s just you on the field.

Things you might have tried so far
- You ease your mind by playing video games or watching Netflix. For some, this could be weed or drinks. Unfortunately, those temporary escapes don’t really fix anything.
- Watching reels and videos on YouTube of mentors preaching about creating a better version of yourself. Fuck, if only it was that easy.
- You tried time management apps / digital productivity course / hired a business consultant, and still when you’re not in momentum it all dissipates.
- Some men change their job or relocate. Hoping that if you change your place, you change your luck. This is true sometimes, but usually, your problems will follow.
- Reading spiritual books makes you hopeful, but life gets in the way, and the lessons are soon forgotten.
- So you started going to a therapist, and while talking to and sharing your thoughts felt good, you didn’t see a practical outcome.
The truth is real change requires working on two dimensions: the Being and the Doing

Why me?
All my life, I’ve been the go-to person for people who want to get support without being judged or told what to do. I’m not frightened hearing about your vices; I get excited seeing you lit!
I’m a CPCC (Certified Professional Co-Active Coach) and own a B.A. in Behavioral Science. I have hundreds of hours of experience coaching people and facilitating several Men’s Groups.
And you’ve probably noticed already that I’m a man! And a self-employed. So I get it. I know what it’s like to try and balance the expectation to always do the right thing and be a “worthy man” with the wish to not give a fuck about anything. I know the feeling of getting up in the morning hungry to succeed but then get stuck in front of the screen frustrated not knowing where to even begin.
We need to stop being ashamed of how we feel. Not every day is a glorious victory. It is important to know how to rest, forgive and love ourselves and not just push to the limit. It’s a marathon after all, isn’t it?

You will choose the right path for you from what you discovered and commit to heading there.
5. Walking The Talk
You will go out and try things out. This is a trial and error stage where you get to learn, grow, and calibrate your direction.
6. Celebrating And Recalibrating
Here we take a look at how much you’ve grown. We celebrate the present and think about what’s next for you.
How It Works

A 90-min discovery session during which we design our partnership, get to know each other, and set the goals for the journey.

Throughout the program (approximately 3-6 months), we will have 11 coaching sessions on Zoom, 1-hour each. We will meet weekly or bi-weekly.

When we work together, you will have my support over email or WhatsApp if needed. I’ve got your back in-between sessions.
